Healthy Results is a health intervention in and of itself, not just a data collection tool.
After we complete the assessment, employees receive a confidential, personalized report of their health risks. This includes specific educational information in a tailored messaging format that has been scientifically proven to move people along a continuum of positive behavior change. They are then automatically directed to online programs that are personalized to meet their needs. Online programs address smoking, stress, weight, depression, insomnia, back pain, diabetes, nutrition and more.
